Oxford Space Systems is an innovative and fast growing company based in Harwell Science and Innovation Campus developing and supplying deployable antennas for space. In the talk, Sean shared insights into how the team at Oxford Space Systems have set out to turn great science into a fantastic company. Sean shared some of the lessons he has learned across a number of technology enabled growth companies in different sectors for anyone interested in a working either at the start or later in their career in start-up or early stage companies.
